Schedule Your Free Meet & Greet!

Pick the time that’s most convenient for us to stop by in person and meet you and your pets. If you don’t see a time available that works for you, please email us at hello@petgeekkc.com.


Meeting To Review Details

At our meeting, we will review your details, make sure we know everything we need to work with your pet safely, and set you up with our easy-to-use client app, where you can manage your pet’s information, schedule services, and make payments.


E-Sign The Waiver

After we meet, we will send you a waiver. Once you have e-signed the document, you are all set for your first service!


Schedule Your First Walk Within 10 Days Of Your Meet & Greet

We ask that you schedule your first walk within 10 days of your meet & greet. Your first walk will be with a member of our leadership team. This gives us a chance to work with your pet while the information is fresh and we can clarify anything we need to.

Scheduling Appointments

Once you’ve completed the meet & greet, we are ready to get services started for you. When scheduling with us, you have a few options:


Best for Value for Pet Parents with a Consistent Schedule

We can set up a regularly recurring schedule for you. Have the peace of mind that your pets will always be scheduled, week after week. You just let us know if you need to change or cancel a visit. Get 10% off if you use us on a recurring schedule, three or more visits a week.



Best Value for Pet Parents with Unpredictable Schedules

When you purchase a package, you will receive our BUY 10, GET 1 FREE deal! Packages are available for all of our services. Your package credits never expire. You can purchase a package in the client app after you complete your meet & greet.

On-Demand Services

You can request walks as needed through the client app. This is ideal for pet parents who have last minute things come up often or need some backup support on those long days away from home. These appointments show as “pending” until we confirm the visit. We do our best to get all requested walks on the schedule. The more notice you are able to give us, the better the chance we will be able to accommodate you.

Once a service is confirmed, you’ll be able to see which team member is coming and see the time of your appointment

** Package and recurring schedule discounts cannot be combined. 

For our services – we offer dog walks (20, 40, 60 minutes), enrichment visits (20, 40, 60 minutes, and adventure hikes (90 minutes).  You can check out our full list of services here!

At the Appointment

Every team member who works with you will have full access to your pet’s complete profile, so we will be able to follow your instructions to the letter at every visit. There is a messaging thread in the client app, so you can let your walker know about any changes or updates. 

Our team also has support from the on-duty manager at all times. This means that any questions, clarifications, or guidance in an emergency is just a phone call away.  

After every visit, you will receive a visit report card with detailed information about how our visit went, including pictures!


You can pay for your services directly through your client app! We are set up to take card payments. You’ll be invoiced for each week of services. Payments are due at the end of the week on Sunday. 

Don’t want to have to remember to pay each week? Let us know, and we’re happy to run your card on Sundays if you have anything due.

Saturday: 11am - 2pm
Sunday: 11am - 2pm

Booking Request

Same-day requests can be made until 12pm.

To guarantee booking, please book by Sunday at 5pm. 


We do not accept on-demand booking on the weekends. All Saturday and Sunday visits must be scheduled by 5pm on Friday.
